All the patients with Blood in Vomitus need evaluation  with Endoscopy, Sonography and CT scan abdomen. 80-90 % of the patients with vomiting of blood are treated by Endoscopic Bleeding Control. Few need angiography and non responders need Surgery at the last resort depending upon the cause.
